Beijing E-Town Semiconductor Technology Co., LTD is a semiconductor equipment company operating globally. Maintaining our corporate headquarter in Beijing, the Company has been dedicating in the development and manufacturing of wafer processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits.
Serving the worldwide and China semiconductor manufacturing customers, the Company mainly provides equipment and solutions for Dry Strip, Dry Etch, Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) and Millisecond Anneal (MSA) market. In terms of the market share, the company keeps its Dry Strip, RTP and MSA equipment among the top in each of their respective segments. Our major customers list covers most globally leading manufacturers of integrated circuits and domestic leading chip manufacturers.
We will constantly enhance our competitiveness worldwide by introducing new products for process applications at the advanced technology nodes. At the same time, we will fully integrate into China’s semiconductor equipment ecosystem and build long-term and solid partnerships with China’s semiconductor manufacturers.
